In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Fortuna Collectibles the word “you” and “your” refers to you the customer.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The information contained on this website and the Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. You must ensure that your access to and use of this website is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you.

By accessing this website, including the purchase of our products, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms and Conditions.

Age Restrictions

Fortuna Collectibles assumes all sales are made to persons over the age of 18. Should we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such damages or losses from their parents or guardians.

Your use of this website

You agree that you or you via any third party will not use or attempt to use this website or any content on this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Fortuna Collectibles reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel your orders at our complete discretion, particularly (but without limitation) if we believe that you may be violating our Terms & Conditions.

Pricing & GST

Prices are displayed and quoted in Australian dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST (goods and service tax) where applicable under Australian Law.

All payment transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Fortuna Collectibles reserves the right to update pricing, cancel or refuse any order place on items with incorrect prices due to data entry error as and when required. If payment has already been made you will be given the option to remedy the price or receive a refund.

Accounts & Guest Checkout

You have the option to register as a member or use guest checkout to purchase products on this website. It is your responsibility to provide current accurate personal information including your first name, last name, email address, billing address, delivery address and telephone number. Any incorrect information you provide may lead to rejected payment, shipping delay or non-delivery of your order.

Registering an account with us has many advantages including, but not limited to the following features and services:

  • Faster checkout on future orders.
  • Access to exclusive offers and news (If opt in).
  • Website access to your Order History, Returns History, Store Credit and Invoices.
  • Ability to save your personal wish list.
  • Fortuna collectibles only allows one active account per customer. Accounts are non-transferable.

If you wish to terminate your account you may do so by contacting us via the Contact Us form or in writing by mail.

Promotional “Coupon” Codes

At times we may offer promotional “coupon” codes which apply to any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The coupon conditions of use are specified at the time of issue and may be subject to a minimum spend requirement. When you checkout the appropriate discount is deducted from the cart total after you have entered the appropriate coupon code.

Where a refund is issued on an order containing a coupon code the refund will match the amount tendered net of the coupon discount.

Product Descriptions & Gradings

Please ensure you read and fully understand the descriptions of products listed on our website before committing to purchase. If you require further information of a product please contact us via the “Ask a Question” form on the product page. Please provide us with as much information as possible about your product enquiry to enable us to provide you with relevant information.

All information and the material available on this website is provided by us in good faith. Although we have taken reasonable care ensuring that the information is accurate at the time of publication some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

Products graded, evaluated or authenticated including that by third parties are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranty from Fortuna Collectibles. Generally we do not accept product returns for claimed difference of opinion with respect to the grade or authenticity.

Product images showing a serial number, identification number, unique product number or edition number, may differ with the product you receive unless specifically stated in the written product description or product title.

Customer Service

Fortuna Collectibles are determined to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your order. Customer service may be contacted via the website main menu. Please use the appropriate customer service form based on the nature of your enquiry.

Order Processing

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Australia, NSW Public holidays.

Credit/Debit Card & Paypal Payments.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

We accept all card payments accepted by "Paypal"

International Customer Payments

We only accept "Paypal" payments from International Customers.

Bank Deposit (Australian Customers Only)

Bank Deposits payments must pay the total price payable in Australian dollars within five (5) working days from the date you receive your Order Confirmation. Please provide your order ID or a copy of your order as a reference to prevent delay in processing your order.

If a payment is not received within seven (7) working days from the date you receive your Order Confirmation we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Customer’s Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to the rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law you may also be entitled to benefits under the terms of any additional manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty (if it applies to your product) does not in any way affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product covered by manufacturer’s warranty should fail to be of acceptable quality during the warranty period please contact the manufacturer or us for assistance. Please note that any manufacturer’s warranty and our terms and conditions are in additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limited Warranty

Some discontinued or clearance products may have limited warranty. Please refer to the product description. You may also contact us if you are unsure whether the product has limited warranty or would like further information.

Order Acceptance

After you successfully checkout, an order confirmation with the details of your order and payment instructions (if applicable) will be sent to your registered email address. Receipt of your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or part, for any reason.

If we decline your order, or part of, any money paid by you in relation to the declined part of the order shall be refunded and we shall have no further liability to you in relation to the rejected part of the order.

All orders placed must comply with our fraud prevention procedures and that of our third party service providers. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting your order.

Stock Availability

Fortuna Collectibles endeavours to supply all products listed on this website and remove them as soon as we become aware that they are no longer available. Products that are not in stock but can be ordered from our supplier show the expected lead time to order in the product. You should take this into account when ordering. There may be unavoidable occasions when a listed product is no longer available or our supplier is out of stock. If an ordered product is no longer available, or out of stock with supplier, we will contact you as soon as possible via your registered contact details.

Tax Invoice

When successful payment is received for an order an email with attached tax invoice will be sent to you. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. Please ensure that the email address you have provided us is correct. All invoiced products & services are inclusive of GST (goods and service tax) where applicable under Australian Law.


All shipping costs are subject to change without notice. Shipping methods and rates are automatically calculated by the destination, value, size and weight of shipment. All shipping rates are quoted in Australian dollars. Goods & Services tax (GST) is inclusive where applicable. Orders are typically dispatched within two (2) working days.

International Shipments

We are unable to ship every product we stock to all destinations around the world. If your cart contains such a product, you will be advised at checkout or using shipping estimate.

Invoices and declared values of goods are as purchased, relevant overseas customs duties, taxes or other fees are your responsibility. It is your responsible for assuring that your order can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Fortuna Collectibles will not be responsible for any delays caused by Customs clearance procedures.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or product exchange for the following reasons:

  • You have changed your mind or made the wrong choice.
  • You already knew of a particular fault in a product or we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product.
  • After delivery, the product is damaged, modified or used in an un-recommended way.
  • The product was disposed of, lost or stolen after delivery.
  • You were responsible for damaging the goods by not following the care or manufacturers instructions.
  • No proof of purchase provided.

If applicable, please carefully review the details of the manufacturer’s warranty and ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. Fortuna Collectibles accepts no responsibility for non-compliance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Request

Please contact us immediately via the Customer Service Return Request form if you wish to return a product.

If you are a registered customer, you can save time by going to your account order history, select the order and select the return icon next to the product you wish to return. Upon selection the Return Request Form will load with the required order and product details entered for you. All you then need to do is complete the form and submit.

Return requests must be received within fourteen (14) business days from the date of shipment for products shipped to Australian destinations and forty five (45) business days from the date of shipment for products shipped to International destinations. Products returned without return request approval may be rejected and require you to pay all costs associated with returning the product to you.

If a product is found to have been supplied to you in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, we may require you to pay all costs associated with returning the product to you.

Return Request Approval

Return request approval is required for replacement products and refunds. If Customer Service has provisionally determined your return request meets our returns policy we will send you a return request approved email providing you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Products cannot be returned without a RA number. The product should be returned to Fortuna Collectibles within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the return request approval for Australian customers and forty five (45) Days for international customers.

Please ensure that the returned product is safely packed in its original packaging. If the original packaging cannot be reused then you must provide packaging that will provide safe return of the product. We do not take responsibility for any goods damaged or lost in transit when the customer returns the product back to us for warranty or return.

All returns must be returned complete as shipped and accompanied by a copy of our invoice. We do not accept damaged, opened or postage due packages. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us.

Registered Customers can check the status of their return request by going to their Account Returns History.

Returned and Unclaimed Shipments

All shipments returned to us that are refused by the postal or courier service (marked return to sender, insufficient address, unclaimed etc) will be evaluated as to the cause of return. If the reason for return requires customer action, we will contact you by your registered details. If your response enables us to reship your order it shall be at your cost should you agree to reship.

The returned order will be cancelled and a full refund given, less shipping and handling charges and a 20% restock fee for the following reasons:

  • We do not receive a response from you within fourteen (14) Days.
  • After consultation with you, your order will be returned to stock.

We will offer to reship your order free of charge if the reason for return was due to an error by us or that of the shipping services we use.


If your return request is approved for refund you may choose the refund as:

  • Product exchange (subject to stock availability and our acceptance).
  • Store credit.
  • Payment refund back to the method in which you paid.

Refunds – ZipPay

You are only eligible to receive a full refund via ZipPay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described.

If you wish to return your product to change sizes or change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last 3 years from the date of issue. You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away.

Store Credit

Store Credit is issued to your account when purchased items have been returned in accordance with our returns policy and refund given as store credit. Registered members can view their store credit balance via their Account Store Credit.

Store Credit cannot be purchased, redeemed for cash and is not transferable or refundable. Store credit can only be used for online purchases on our Fortuna Collectibles website.

Fortuna Collectibles will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit/debit card or Paypal account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

If your nominated payment method triggers our fraud prevention protocols, we may contact you to provide further information or cancel the transaction. Information requests are made to help protect account holders from online fraud. If you do not provide the requested information or we are unable to contact you within five (5) working days we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this circumstance your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid.

We may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a prior fraudulent order history.


We use industry-standard SSL encryption where applicable to protect the privacy of information in transit between this website, yourself, and our suppliers including payment gateways.

You acknowledge that the security of communications sent by electronic means cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not wholly within our control.
