InternationalShipments

  • Weare unable to ship every product we stock to all destinations aroundthe world. If your cart contains such a product, you will be advisedat checkout or using shipping estimate.

Postagetimes can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location,natural disasters, customs investigations, Australia Postinvestigations & other uncontrollable factors. These timeframesare out of our control, we will try our best to ensure you receiveyour parcel asap. Some items are unable to be shipped Internationallydue to brand restrictions in Australia.

 

Missingparcels

In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it can take from a week tothree months to receive an answer from the Australia PostInvestigation Team. Unfortunately these Australia Post timeframes areuncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

 

Incorrectinformation

Pleasedouble check your shipping address is correct before confirming yourorder. Business addresses must include the business name.

 

Ifparcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to senderdue to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs areunable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you arecommitting to the sale and declaring that all information enteredincluding the shipping address is correct.
