Sometimes we need to contact the manufacturer or distributor to confirm if the product is still available.

In such cases you need to contact us and we will respond once we have stock availablity information from the supplier. We will also update the product stock status if required.

This means we have no stock and the product in either on back order or can be ordered in.

If the lead time is a period of time such as 5 - 7 working days, this means we can get stock from the supplier typically in that time frame. This is subject to the supplier having stock. We will provide an update if the supplier has advised of any delay or ETA.

If the product has a stock status date this indicates the estimated availabity date we expect stock from the supplier.

Products with a sold out status are no longer made or available for us to order in stock.

On some occations a manufacturer may reprint, reproduce a product, or product the same product in a new series.
